Portrait Agreement
Your session fee is $100 which covers and includes the following:
*Time and talent of the photographer
*1 hour portrait session (2 hours for newborn or senior sessions)
*Private password protected online ordering gallery for 7 days
In order to officially schedule your photo session, your $100 session fee is due in full. This fee must be received within 7 days of signing this agreement.
*This fee is non-refundable. Cynthia Craine Photography will gladly reschedule your session if something unforeseen shall occur (ie. illness). Please contact Cynthia at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
*No-shows forfeit their deposit.
*Use of cameras (cell, still or video) is prohibited during your session.
*Session images will be uploaded to your private gallery approximately 1-2 weeks after your session. You are more than welcome to share your gallery and password with friends and family. Your gallery will be hosted for 7 days. Payment is due, in full, when your order is placed. (cash, check and PayPal accepted) Portrait orders will be ready 2-3 weeks after payment is received.
*There is a $25 re-hosting fee if you do not place your order within 7 days of receiving your gallery link and password. (you may chose the day your gallery goes live)
*Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Your prices are locked for 60 days after your session.
*Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final.
*All images taken by Cynthia Craine Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. Images may not be reproduced or altered in any way. Any high resolution digital image purchased through Cynthia Craine Photography will include a print release. This will allow you to print the images as many times as you would like. For personal use only.
